Problem Note 67940: A date of birth (DOB) format of "YYYY-00-00" is not allowed for the SARX in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering even though the format is valid per FinCEN

You are unable to enter DOB information in the form of "YYYY-00-00" in the Date of Birth field in a Suspicious Activity Report (SARX) in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, even though that format is valid per the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) documentation.
The FinCEN documentation indicates that it is acceptable to enter 00 for either the birthday or birth month if the birthday or birth month is unknown.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
